This group discusses issues concerning guiding organizations and those that belong to the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts. Cross-posting to other rec.scouting groups is strongly discouraged. Postings not related to Girl Scouting or Guiding are discouraged. Relavent Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) files are posted to each rec.scouting.* group. The FAQs of general interest to all the groups are posted in rec.scouting.misc. If you are new to the group, please take a few minutes and post a note introducing yourself, tell what organization you are with, how long you have been involved, and what your special intrests are.
